In a candid conversation that tugs at the heartstrings, she shares her story of moving countries, enduring a divorce, and the profound impact of losing her father—all of which reshaped her approach to love and relationships. Her laughter and tears pave the way for a discussion on how personal coaching played a pivotal role in her path to valuing her self-worth and welcoming new love into her life.

Rachel:

Did I give it away? Oh, was it persuasion? You are in my space. I, I owe it. I Don't care what you say. I'm loving it this way. I'm hoping that you stay. I, I owe it. It's only you, was it you? She's only me, it's only you.

Yuliya:

I love the feeling I'm loving the feeling it's only you, but it's only you. Welcome back to the Self Made in Single podcast, and I'm your host, rachel Rose. We've got something special and different for you today. We are not doing any tarot today. We're not doing an interview with any of our many special guests, but what we're doing is interviewing someone who has taken the leap, someone who has been brave enough to say you know what I desire? This beautiful, bountiful love, and I don't care how much work is involved. I'm going to get this because I know I deserve it and I know that that is the person that I'm stepping into right now. So this episode is between myself and one of my wonderful clients, yulia, and Yulia is going to be talking all about her experience and how that was for her, and particularly what were her biggest aha moments and how this particular journey has changed the game for her in her dating life.

Yuliya:

Tune in, stick around. Hello everyone. Hey, yulia, we've just been catching up and having a bit of a giggle and we're both in the same vibration. I think today it's quite silly, but I couldn't have picked a better client, to be honest, I think, for this client interview spotlight for this week. I think, yulia, you're very modest, I know for sure, but you've made such big you really have, you've really made a lot of transformation in your life. So I was like, yes, for this week it's got to be you. So I'll stop gushing all over you. Why don't you tell everybody listening who you are, what you do and what kind of coaching we did together?

Rachel:

Sure, hi everyone. So, yes, my name is Yulia, or sometimes I use it as Yulia. It's like whatever, we've done a couple of wonderful sessions of our individual coaching with Rachel and honestly, it was more fun than work for me like in general, to be honest, but it was really useful. I'm Ukrainian, which is quite controversial at the moment. I know quite a lot of things changed recently for me. Within the last two years I moved countries, like before the war. I've got a divorce. I had so many things changed in my life. Fortunately, I have my job, which is still okay.

Rachel:

I'm an original manager for like a chain of the boarding schools here in the UK, so it was more or less a stable thing for me for the last couple of years. But everything else in my life just changed completely and at some point of that I just started to analyze quite a lot of things. What is going on around? Actually, my personal and my love life was something I cannot say like a bizarre or whatever, but it was something. You know. I just needed some sort of guidance, support, whatever. So, yeah, and I was lucky enough to find Rachel in my life, so we spent some wonderful hours together. It was a lot of laughter, wow. I believe that we had some hard moments as well, but in general, I really enjoyed those.

Yuliya:

Can you talk to us a little bit about those hard moments, like how do you feel like they played a part in your journey?

Rachel:

Well, like one of the like okay, I might go emotional, but I'll try to be nice anyway. Yeah, so we, at one of our sessions, I mentioned that my dad died some time ago and we had some really deep talk about this topic as well, which is, I believe, that it was one of the most important things we discussed in general, you know, and it truly really helped me to I cannot say changed my points of view to my relationship with a man, but in general, you know, it was something that really helped me just to to become a little bit perhaps well, I cannot say less demanding, you know, but just to accept that, like, okay, I had one perfect man in my life, you know. All the rest are, well, a little bit not that perfect, but they are still quite good.

Yuliya:

So yeah, yeah, no, and thank you for sharing that, because I know that was a really personal moment for you and I remember that session very, very well, like I could feel that breakthrough when we did that session together. That was one of the proudest moments I think of during our time together. And so so, apart from that, you know, what do you feel was a really big win for you? You know, I know you've like the change of mindset in that particular area mentioned, but what do you feel like you've walked away with and thought, okay, yeah, like this was definitely a really big win for me from coaching together.

Rachel:

You know, like, I believe that like, let's say that I've done quite a lot of work before and I believe that quite a lot of girls in this world needs to work much more than I did.

Rachel:

And then we did before we did together, right, unfortunately, and the bad thing that quite a lot of women, they don't understand their value, and which is really, really sad, to be honest.

Rachel:

Yeah, so fortunately I was lucky enough, you know, not to work on that part, you know, but at least, like I believe that our sessions helped me to accept the fact that I can stop listening to anyone who's who's trying to tell me anything else. I mean, like I have my vision, you know, like I have my goals, I have my standards, blah, blah, blah, and so on, so forth, and like I'm kind of proud of having those, and I know that like I'm modest but I'm pretty, you know. But I know that I'm more than worse of all the things I want, and but sometimes it was just a little bit hard to ask another person just stop judging me or, you know, just not trying to make me feel bad because of what I want, or something like that, if it makes any sense. So, within a couple of sessions actually. You know like you really helped me to well, not to build but to accept that I have my boundaries and this is totally fine and just you know like feel more comfortable having those.

Yuliya:

Yes and yeah, I love that and that was one of the things I really loved about Time Together that you know we really worked through that and you know you have specific requirements that you know that you want. You know that those are your minimum and that is different from everyone. I loved how much you embrace the idea of no, these are my standards and that's it. You don't like it. You know that's just how it is. And that energy grew and that momentum grew and I thought, oh my God, this is great and you know, beyond that's really cool.

Rachel:

Sorry for interruption, but that's really cool. You know having those and accepting those, because otherwise you would have so many issues afterwards. You know, if you try to build something with a person who's definitely, you know, far from your standards or your goals or whatever, like, no, you should be able to look at each other as your gods or whatever you know like.

Yuliya:

But anyway, wow, why not Come on yeah?

Rachel:

but yeah, but yeah. So you know like, as soon as, as long as it can do this, you know like you will be happy, of course. You know like it's not the work in the park you need to work on your relationship. But at the same time, you know like you need to find the right person to build those, not just any anyone. You know like a good person doesn't mean bright person, right?

Yuliya:

So oh my God, you see guys like I get so many of my one liners from my clients because they just dropped them like gold dust. It's amazing. No, I 100% agree, and I do remember basically during our time together there was almost I think this was like the, the not not breaking point was almost like crossroad More is that is that the right word either? But basically what I want to mention is like that British culture factor. It's like okay. So both living in the UK and British culture is very much about like you know, we're always sorry for things, you know. Oh yeah, can you talk to us a bit about like learning how to you know have these standards and have them firm, but without like completely bypassing British culture, which is all about you know, being polite and all of this stuff like tell us a little bit about that, because it's quite interesting.

Rachel:

Well, yeah, well, being polite and like, forget about your own boundaries are total different stuff, right, and we do work on this like a fake guilt or let's say like that. You know we have been doing some tasks afterwards, after our calls and so on. You know, like I was writing a lot. I hate writing, but I had to do this, yeah, and honestly, it helped. You know, like you just explain it for yourself, for your brains, for, like I don't know, you have those standards, you have that requirements, you have what to offer in it, like like to another person and so on, and you know that this is a base right? So, and you shouldn't feel sorry about being yourself, you shouldn't kiss our intensity, intensity, whatever. I'm sorry, I'm not like I'm not British, but she's bad, sorry.

Yuliya:

I think is it okay.

Rachel:

Yes, yeah, thank you. So, yeah, it's really really, really important for us and being yourself and being true yourself, you know, for you and for the world and just for everything around you. You know, just like like, stop lying about. Like, first of all, we should stop stop lying to ourselves. You know that now I can do this, it's totally fine, like I don't know, I'm treated not the way I want, or the person is not the person I'm looking for, but he's nice or something like that, you know. Or she's nice, it doesn't matter. But at the end of the day, you know you're just lying, you're just wasting your time, you're wasting another person's time instead of focusing on what you want, and your future partner will well, hopefully, is doing the same, you know. And then, at some point in your life, you're just like a meeting and that's it.

Yuliya:

Yeah, I just love that, love that and completely stand by that as well. It's something that you know, a lot of women are waking up to 100%, and so I would love to know actually, like, what made you decide okay, you know, during our chat together, this is the time to do private coaching? Like what was that aha moment? Because it feels like that momentum was growing for you. So why why now? Basically, why did you decide to do coaching now?

Rachel:

Well, I believe that, as I said before, I've done a couple of different types of therapies. I've took a couple of courses, different types of ones, and so on, so forth. So, like the majority of the, let's say, topics in my life were more or less healed, if we can say so here, or at least on the way to that healing. And like I saw this kind of gap let's say like that because, because you know, like I've been married for for a million years, I have, like when most people were dating in their 20s, you know I was married like everything was fine, blah, blah, blah. But you know, at the age of 30, like I were early 30s, we just understood that well, it's time. But at the same time, you know, like I had no idea how to do all that stuff and so on.

Rachel:

And you know, usually, when we are trying to do and build, or I don't know if you have some problem, you know you're going to a specialist, you're going to a doctor, you're going to engineer, whatever, and usually in our relationship or in our life or love life, we're just trying to navigate it by ourselves and we can make so many problems well, not problems, but sometimes. Well, sometimes problems, and I just understood that, perhaps having a coach, because what would be helpful, you know, just to have this like well, you've been my like a compass so I could have used you and so on, just you know, to understand how it worked in some get some general ideas perhaps as well. So, yeah, and it helped me actually to make some sort of an analysis of my previous dates I had, and you know, just like to perhaps change my game plan for the next, I don't know, months, years, whatever it takes, but at least you know like now I feel that everything is more structured. It makes sense, of course, I love that.

Yuliya:

Yeah, I love that you feel so equipped to go back, and not go back into the dating game, but go into the dating game with like a structure, as you said. You know it's a lot. You feel like. I feel like what you're saying is like a more of a sense of control of your what's coming in.

Rachel:

Yeah, yeah, I like this, I really like the same. Yeah, Because you know, like to get back the sense of control, for sometimes it's really really important. Of course we cannot control everything in our life except ourselves, but you know, at least now you can control your like, I can now control myself and so like, and I see some soft spots. Sometimes you know like well, like, okay here, like I know that I'm doing something wrong and I know why I'm doing this wrong.

Rachel:

You know I can analyze it better and after this analysis I can like well, I can still make the same mistake, but I know that I'm doing the mistake, or I can do the right thing, so yeah, but at least you know, I know what I'm doing at this particular moment.

Yuliya:

Love that. Oh my God, can you just feel? The self awareness you have is just amazing and you were such a joy a quid, honestly. And you know, what I would love for you to do is just, you know what would advice would you give someone who's watching this and they're like, wow, this sounds like it could be for me. You know you're leasing everything that's on my mind, but they're just on the fence about coaching. Like what would you say to them?

Rachel:

Just go and try, like, literally, you know it's the same thing as you know, like, when, if you're not sure if you need to do something or not, do something, just do. And it's better to regret afterwards, like I don't think that anybody would regret, but at least try. It's the same thing as, I believe, all of us done at some point in our lives. You know, just go and cut your hair or dye your hair in some pink color or do something really, really crazy, but it's definitely nothing bad would have actually happened. You know, like, and if you are not sure if you need coaching or not, just try the worst scenario. You know it won't be for you, but I don't think that it would be about that coaching is not right for you.

Rachel:

It might be the moment which is not right for you, like, because I do believe that all of us at some point you know we need some, some therapy, coaching or whatever, but we should be ready to accept what we are saying, what we are, what other person is saying to us, right, or we should be ready to absorb everything, or whatever. You know, it really depends on the stage of our life. If you feel that, wow, it might be worse to try. You should go and try If you feel that. It's definitely not my thing for now it's likely that it's not that's it, but yeah, but honestly, you recommend to try.

Yuliya:

Nice. Oh, thank you so much. It's so good to connect again because, guys, it's been like a few I think you said a month right, it's been a month since we can. Yeah and yeah. Just thank you for all your beautiful words, your time, your energy, and I really just want to say I really appreciate you for coming on, like, as you mentioned Ukraine. I know it's not easy right now, but you can see, you know she's made of a different material and she's very strong woman and I can't wait to hear what happens in the future. You got to keep me updated.

Rachel:

Of course. Well, I'm definitely sure that each and every girl you deal with, she's definitely like the strongest and the most amazing woman in this world. So yeah, and thank you very much for making our lives better and easier and funnier at so many ways.

Yuliya:

Oh, I'm going to cry. What's happening? Oh, you shouldn't Thank you. Oh, you had it yourself. You know Yulia shout out to you, shout out for you know, even though you're going through everything you're going through right now. Thank you for your time. That was absolutely awesome.

Yuliya:

But for you listening right now, you know, if you really identify with Yulia, the fact that she has this now, this, such a strong boundary when it comes to her standards right and what she gets to experience and love moving forward, that is just so unshakable, like, could you feel it in her vibration, how strong she is? Could you not feel how inevitable it's going to be for her moving forward in love, because she's like this is what this is like, this is my vibration, this is what I expect to experience. When we are that strong like that and we walk into life like, not only just with love, but we walk into careers, we walk into friendships, the universe has no choice but to respond to that. As I always say, everything is a frequency, everything is a vibration, and when your vibration is sky high, when you have these non negotiables that are not going to be swayed for anyone, because that's the kind of quality that you are looking to magnetize. Nothing can stop you. Genuinely, you have found the cheat code. Once you master that, you found the cheat code for life and you found the cheat code for love. So I invite you.

Yuliya:

If you're listening to this and you really identify with a lot of the things that Yulia was saying about her life, where she was the kind of things that she's experienced in her belief about love before starting private coaching then you know that this is the time for you. The fact that you're listening to this, the fact that you're listening all the way to the end of this episode, is no coincidence. I would love to invite you to have a chat about what it is that you can do and how you can not only just have those kind of experience and those aha moments and that level of transformation that Yulia is already getting so far. Get to experience the kind of things that you never thought were going to be possible for yourself, the kind of sensations and the kind of energy upgrades that you didn't even think could happen for you because of the relationship that was so hard on you, that lasted so long, that definitely wasn't a match for the woman that you are right now, for the type of beliefs that maybe you grew up hearing and or, I should say, buying into from either your mother, your father or both. You know ideas of love or ideas that love has to be hard and you have to work for it, or that someone from your particular background is not worthy of the kind of love that you know you have a deep desire for. These are the things that we can definitely start speaking about. It may be the first time that you've ever spoken about this to anyone, but speaking about it is the first step. It's the first step in, first of all, you coming into awareness about what it is that is stopping you from experiencing this rich love and attracting the kind of people who are on your level.

Yuliya:

Favorite things that Yulia said in our interview was that she just feels like she's so much more in control. You know that is something that you know just shivers down my spine, because I thought, yes, you know there are so many women that I speak to honestly on a daily basis that you know they hear the word strategy and they're thinking, oh, when it comes to love, you know I don't need that, it's just going to happen in divine timing. And you know how spiritual I am, and you know, I believe in divine timing, but I also believe in the fact that when you want to achieve something, you need the perfect cocktail of both feminine and masculine energy, feminine energy being more of that, you know. Divine timing, divine waiting, you know having that intuition being spiritual. That is feminine energy. But you need the masculine energy part of it, which is the practical. Let's put something together like let's make a plan, let's reach our objective, because without that, we're literally just leaving things to chant. And I laugh. But it's so true, it's so serious.

Yuliya:

You know, these are the kind of women who say you know, it's just going to happen when it's supposed to happen. These are the women that, at their old age, they are leaving the planet not having experienced the deep love that they know that they always desired, all because they thought that they would just leave it up to chance. Single successful person that you follow, you admire, you aspire to, they all had a strategy right, some of your most famous people that are. You know they're involved in their relationships and they had a plan. I'm telling you they had a plan. So this is what I'm advising you do not leave something as precious as what is going to come into your love life and what you get to experience in terms of being in a partnership. Don't just give away your power like that and leave it up to probability and always it's just going to happen. Take control, because look at the rest of your life. Where in the rest of your life can you identify where you've taken control and magical things have happened? That's exactly the same when it comes to love.

Yuliya:

So head over to the show notes. You'll find a link to book yourself a free soulmate strategy call. That's a 60-minute call where it is all about you, my love. It's all about you Talking about what it is that you really want, right? Not what you're, what you think that society wants to hear that you want. You know I love the word manifest, but forget about manifest for a second how you're gonna bring it.
